How are quotes given?

Each service follows a different quoting process, however, for a majority of our services, we will collect basic information such as your address, and the scope of the project. We will give you a quote via text or email which is valid for 30 days. An in-person quote may be necessary in which we will coordinate accordingly.

How do you accept payment?

Coming soon in 2025, all payments will be taken via our Stripe account, in which you will be emailed an invoice that you can pay online with a credit or debit card. In the meantime, we accept most forms of payment including Venmo, Cashapp, cash, and checks. We do not accept Zelle as a form of payment.

Where can I read and write a review?

We welcome all customer reviews to be posted to our public Google page. This page houses general information about our business, locations, operating hours, and customer reviews.

What is the timeframe for installing Christmas lights?

Our season for installing Christmas lights is November 1st to December 20th. Lights will be removed from January 5th to January 31st.

How long does it take to get a response on a quote and to start the project?

Lead times for quotes and starting projects will vary depending on the scope of the project and our availability at that point in time. Generally, we can provide you with a quote within 1-3 days of contacting us. Project lead times can range from 3-10 days following the quote.
